WHAT IT IS

This is a high-pigment lip, and cheek pencil with precise, smooth application. It is creamy enough to be used as a lipstick, blendable enough to be used as a blush or a wash of color on the lids, with a precision tip for drawing graphic lines. It glides on with a creamy matte finish. 0.04 oz. Made in Italy.

HOW TO USE IT

Apply color to the desired areas including the lips and cheeks. Create a precise line for definition or blend out for a softer look. For a diffused wash of color, take a clean, fluffy brush and dust over the tip of the pencil. Apply to cheekbones, and dust over lips. Wear alone or with a gloss for a dewy finish
